Who handles your information

What we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, telephone number, postcode, project type and, if you choose, your email address and a project note. We use these details to respond, discuss your project and prepare an estimate. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

We use your information to take steps you request before entering a contract and, where relevant, for our legitimate interests in handling enquiries, protecting the website and keeping appropriate business records.

How the form works

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions. Notifications are sent to Premier’s Outlook inbox, provided by Microsoft. Voqal AI maintains the website and may access stored enquiries only where necessary to provide support. Voqal does not receive email copies of enquiries or routinely use enquiry content for AI processing.

These suppliers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements. Their notices explain their services: Netlify privacy notice and Microsoft privacy statement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, and where necessary for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Contact Premier to ask about your information or request deletion. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently applied to website submissions.

Website services

The website uses session storage to remember whether the short logo introduction has played. This stays in your browser and contains no enquiry details. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Hosting and spam protection providers may process technical information to deliver and protect the service. This website does not include advertising trackers.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to its use, or request a portable copy. Contact Premier using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
